5,000 in a DAY!
Considering that two weeks ago, I didn’t feel like I was up to even writing one page, I’m beyond pleased that today marks the first time I have EVER written over 5K words in a single day. I’m thrilled to say the least. NaNoWriMo is all about quantity over quality. Getting the story on the page. While I know that so much of what I’ve written will be altered, taken away from and added to in the months that follow, I know that today I wrote like a madwoman. And it felt good. Revisions are for another day, another month. This is all about writing with literary abandon and I finally feel like I’ve embraced it.
And so, rounding out my grand total (including previous post) of 5,030 words today, a little bit more of Fury’s Fire! Enjoy!
